I think it sounds fair. Just get 2 references on your contractor. Good references are better than a good deal.

Sounds like a fun and extensive project!

i'm a contractor. In my two decades I definitely have only disappointed 3 clientele. i'm nonetheless ask my self: "what i'd desire to have achieved greater appropriate?" I fee $25 an hour. some clientele choose an estimate. I clarify that the two avenues have their benefit and drawbacks. Estimates would desire to prove greater costly with the aid of fact I would desire to purpose to account for unexpected circumstances. according to hour would desire to be greater costly with the aid of fact a unethical contractor would desire to milk the activity. habit properly-known audits to maintain your contractor to blame. i do no longer fee for different peoples artwork. i do no longer sell the ingredients i purchase, to you. What I pay you pay. I do fee for the time it takes me to flow to the save nevertheless. i think of it extremely is user-friendly.
