Hi,
My company is called Blaster Master Pty Ltd. One of the services we offer is protective floor coating systems.
So I hope I can help you with some advice.
I would recommend using a epoxy. The standard colour is usually a light grey but other colour’s can be custom made for a price. It’s a two part sealer mixed before application. Epoxy offers a hard, lasting, abrasion resistant finish. So cleaning up oil and grease in a workshop environment would be as simple as wiping up any spills.
It’s easy to apply. Probably something you could do yourself. It can be rolled on and I would recommended 2 coats. Just make sure that the floor surface is totally clean to archive a excellent bond between the floor and the epoxy.
Be warned it’s not cheap, so I would shop around to find a competitive price.
Best of luck. Contact me via my website www.blastermaster.com.au if you require any further assistance.

I would suggest an epoxy floor finish designed for concrete floors. There are several systems available. Below are two links.

there is a concrete sealer that you can get from the hardware stores ( or try a tile and bathroom place) it seals the concret and makes it look really slick.
sorry I can't remember the name of the sealer but there are a few around.
