I have acquired a Power Mac 340, it won't start, but sparks and fuel in cylinder, maybe too much. The spark plug looks like it hasn't ever been running, so maybe wrong plug, what's the right plug and gap ?
On the carb there are 3 screws, Hi, Lo and Idle. Can anyone tell me how to set these 3 screw settings correctly to get the saw running ?
As I said, I've taken the plug out, it sparks against the body, fuel in cylinder, brand new plug, won't start, doesn't even sound like it's trying.
Thanks
Peter
