PAINT! I've done a lot of house shopping, and I don't think I've ever seen a good wallpaper... No one wants to remove it, so it's a real turnoff when you're trying to sell your house.

Me too.
I may do both.Paint on the "end" wall and "behind the toilet" wall.
Then, the wall that has the towel rack, I'm considering going a third of the way up (or whatever it is) with wallpaper, trimming the top edge of the wallpaper with either a strip of molding (which could actually be "wrapped" with a strip piece of the wallpaper)or get a border accent to put above the wallpaper. Then paint the rest of that wall on up.
What ever you decide, I'm sure it will look very pretty.
It's fun looking at colors AND options.Do what works for YOU.Take care!
P.S.This idea is for my guest bathroom. My master bathroom is paint only. The painting contractors called my house, "the rainbow house".

Paint. The steam from hot showers alway seem to peel the wallpaper eventually.

If this is your master bath, you have to consider what YOU would like to see. No one else will see it. If you go with wall paper it should be profesionally installed and the bathroom should be well ventalated to prevent "peeling".
My personal opinion is- wallpaper is "out". You will get bored with the pattern. The emphisis should be on other features of the space, not the wall.
(Try something purple) :)) (With yellow accents)

you shoudld paint...it leads you to be more creative to what you want...and the steam would mess up the wall paper and could cause mold...tiling would be much better!
