Window repair question?

Hello I have wood rot on a window on a house that I am buying. I want to get some opinions on how much it would cost to fix something like this if not replace it. Picture can be viewed at this link here.

It would be best to have it looked at by experts because there might be some other underlying problems to it that you don't see. Having an expert look at it might seem costly but in a way it is not since you can be much more sure that the job will be done properly.

This is my opinion but by the time you have someone mess around with it to try and figure out what is wrong you might be better off just having a new window installed.
