I work at Lowes in Virginia. At the Lowes i work at there is only a small section of pool supplies. I do not believe we sell heat pumps for a pool. Your store may but it depends on where you live. If they don't have one they may be able to special order one through the plumbing or lawn and garden department. That would take 5-10 days to get. I would recommend looking for a pool supplies store around your area.
