Can i dye my excisting carpet useing my shampooer?

I wouldn't try it. But, then again, if you have the money to replace your carpet, then go ahead and try it.

I had awful off white carpet in a townhouse a few years ago and decided to dye it. I used a weed sprayer and regular fabric dye. Mix according to package directions and spray on carpet, this may take awhile depending on size of your carpet. then use your shampooer to rinse the carpet a couple of times. It worked really well and I was very pleased with the outcome.

you mind not be able to ..depends if it contains a bleach like sustance inside it ..you could try on a small bit of you carpet first ..like somewhwere with something coveriing it
