Well Hate to tell you but you will need to call a Tech out to your house.

The tank is going to need to be pumped and also checked at the same time.

Also with the clean up You could do this yourself but it will take alot of time and money to use the correct stuff.

Also if the basement is finished lets say with drywall ect you need to know what to look for to leave there or remove. So with what and how you asked This is what you need to do unless you ment something else,

I have been in the field for 20yrs and I Will give you a hint.

Call a Local plumber and have them come out and they can install a backflow in the waste line.

All this really does is let water and solid waste exit the house but it cant come back in from the tank or city and so on. This unit and install could cost you a little bit or maybe not much at all it depends on the main line. But it will save your basement from what has just happend so its worth the Pc of mind,
