bitumen corrigated roof sheet?

do these roof sheets need a special top coat or can you just paint them and seal them at joins?

Just give them a coat of bitumous paint.Overlap the joints to two corrugations,that will seal them.

You can paint them with a bitumen paint.

If you have a leak you can get a roll of self adhesive building tape it is about 4 inches wide and has a peel off backing and is available at builders merchants, it is specifically made for this purpose, as it is made of reinforced bitumen.

Try getting some bitumen and resealing it that way.
