Hi, we found a house that is of interest to us and we were told that the foundation work has been done in August 2017 .Seller has stated that clearly and the documentation is provided as well. Is it a good idea to buy a house after the foundation repair is done ( foundation repaired by 32 Pier for 3000sq two story house ) ?The house is 29 years old and August 2017 the foundation work has been done. Any suggetion?
