My Intermatic Timer does not rotate after the Off Tripper turns the pool pump off.?

I just replaced an older timer for my pool pump with an Intermatic Timer (T14P3). I wired it exactly like the old timer. The timer face does not rotate after the Off Tripper turns off the pool pump. Since the face does not rotate, I assume it will not get around to the On Tripper to turn the pump on again. Any suggestions?

Try calling Intermatic Tech Support directly at 815-675-7000. They have a great Tech Support team with many years of experience that will be able to help you. You can also try their website www.intermatic.com for installation instructions or contact Tech Support through their website (they can email or call you). Not all timers are the same and if you wired it the same as your old one you may need to make some changes. Hope this helps!

Probably just a problem in the way you have the clock wired...

It sounds as if the timer motor is being controlled by the switch also. Obviously, it shouldn't: check your connections again. The timer motor should be getting power all the time. You may have the hot lead to the timer motor connected to the "load" terminal, rather than the "line" terminal..

Double check the wiring diagram.

Sounds like you have the timer on the same circuit as the pool pump is , so when it shuts off there is no longer power to run the timer
